Last Friday afternoon, Karen Dusek, Recycling Coordinator for the Mariposa County Public Works Department, talked to SFCS students about the 3 Rs of waste management: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. The presentation included lots of audience participation and great information, including very creative ideas for reusing materials that might otherwise end up in a landfill.
