November 21, 2013: Open enrollment period officially opens.
January 24, 2014: Open enrollment period officially closes.
January 30, 2014: Public Lottery  held at 4 PM on campus if necessary.

Note: Existing students are guaranteed enrollment in the following school year and are exempt from the lottery, as long as an enrollment form is completed and submitted during the open enrollment period.

Siblings of enrolled students are also exempt from the lottery and will be offered admission if space is available (taken in order that enrollment applications were received).

January 31, 2014: Students will be notified of admission or position on waiting list by telephone; Registration Packets made available.
February 14, 2014 at 5 PM: Completed registration form, proof of residency, and proof of age requirements are due back to SFCS.
August 1, 2014 at 5 PM: Remaining registration documents, including proof of immunizations and proof of withdrawal from prior school and district of residence, are due back to SFCS.

Wait list: If you child(ren) are on the waiting list, you will be contacted as soon as space becomes available. You will then have 48 hours to get back to SFCS to confirm your spot. After 48 hours, if you do not respond, your child will be placed at the end of the waiting list and the next potential student will be notified. Wait lists are for the current school year only. They do not carry over
from year to year.
